1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 wpvvip's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

wpvvip does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We are not responsible for any losses suffered due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance downtime. We recommend that players do not place wagers during periods of known instability or maintenance.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

11.3 Game Outcome Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the records maintained by wpvvip's gaming servers shall be the authoritative and definitive record of all game activity. In cases of discrepancy between a player's device display and wpvvip's server records, the server records shall prevail.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and wpvvip with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties. No oral statement, advertisement, or representation shall modify or amend these Terms.
